 Bill Hedley

 

We are located in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, about 80km South of Sydney, Australia. The major city of the Illawarra is Wollongong and the club is located in the suburb of Fairy Meadow. The club workshop is located in the grounds of Fairy Meadow Primary School. There is a small car park next to the club house or there is ample parking on the street.

Directions by car

From the Princes Highway turn into Balgownie Road and the entry gates are approx 150m on the left.

Bill Hedley

Bill is long time member of the Illawarra Woodworkers Group and has tried his hand at carving, turning, cabinet making and in recent years has concentrated on scrollsaw work.

 Bell Clock

This bell clock stands 1270mm high (4'2") and took several months to complete. The top section is removable to allow the clock to be moved.

Scrollsaw Clock

This is another smaller scroll clock that Bill has made. This clock won first prize for Scroll Saw work at the Bulli Show.
